Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is planned for the future.
Products & Safety
Are these the same as name-brand remedies?
Our products use the same trusted active ingredients found in leading brands, at maximum non-prescription strength, and are honestly labeled. Any "compare to" note refers to the active ingredient only and does not imply affiliation.
Are they safe to use as directed?
Yes — each is an OTC drug product intended to be used exactly as described in its Drug Facts. Always read the warnings and directions before use, and keep out of reach of children.
Can children use these products?
It depends on the product — each Drug Facts panel lists the appropriate ages. For example, our ear drops are for adults and children 2 years and over; for younger children, ask a doctor.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes — our remedies are made in the USA to modern over-the-counter standards.
